Pinavia is regulated by design: residency, audit trails, and human approval are product primitives, not policy afterthoughts.

The formal Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and Accessibility Statement are in preparation and will be published on this page before general availability. The commitments below describe how the product is built and operated today.

Privacy

Documents you provide are processed to build your institution's evidence base and are not used to train models for other customers.
Data residency requirements are part of deployment design for regulated institutions.
Access to decisions and evidence is scoped to named, authenticated users.

Terms

Pinavia prepares, cites, scores, and routes. It does not approve, sign, file, certify, or execute consequential action autonomously.
Model-generated content is always marked as such within the product.
Trial usage limits: up to 4 documents, 5MB each, with full provenance on every output.

Accessibility

The site targets WCAG 2.1 AA: keyboard reachability, visible focus states, AA contrast, and reduced-motion alternatives for all animation.
The full experience degrades to a clean text document when WebGL or JavaScript is unavailable.
